1. About our service
We provide domestic cleaning services as described on our website. All cleaning is carried out personally and with reasonable care and attention. Services are provided on an agreed date and time, subject to availability.
2. Bookings
Bookings can be made via our website, email or phone. By making a booking, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
3. Pricing
All prices provided are estimates and are based on the information supplied at the time of booking. Final pricing may vary depending on: the size of the property its condition access and layout any additional services requested. Any price changes will be discussed and agreed before work begins.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment details will be confirmed at the time of booking. Payment is accepted by bank transfer unless otherwise agreed. A service is considered paid once cleared funds have been received.
4.2 Payment must be made from the date of booking up to the day of the cleaning service. We accept payment by bank transfer or cash. Full payment is required no later than the day of cleaning.
5. Cancellations & rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be charged at our discretion.
6. Access to the property
Clients are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the property at the agreed time. If access cannot be gained, the booking may be treated as a late cancellation.
7. What is included
Services include cleaning tasks appropriate to the type of service booked, as outlined on the website at the time of booking.
7.1 Scope of Service
Cleaning services include only the tasks listed in the selected service description (Standard Clean, Deep Clean or End of Tenancy Clean).
Cleaning is carried out on accessible areas only.
Carpet cleaning is not included.
7.2 Property Condition
If the property requires a deeper level of cleaning than originally booked, the service may be reclassified as a deep clean and priced accordingly.
7.3 Access & Furniture
Cleaning is carried out in accessible areas only.
Heavy furniture and appliances will not be moved.
7.4 Additional Requests
Any additional cleaning tasks requested on the day that are not included in the booked service may require additional time and cost.
7.5 Cleaning Results
While every effort is made to achieve the best possible results, some stains, marks, limescale or discolouration may be permanent and cannot always be fully removed.
7.6 Empty Property Requirement (EOT)
End of Tenancy/Empty Property cleaning requires the property to be fully emptied prior to the service.

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with any part of the service, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible so the matter can be discussed.
10. Liability
We are fully insured. While all reasonable care is taken, we cannot be held responsible for: pre-existing damage normal wear and tear items not identified in advance as fragile or valuable. Our liability is limited to the cost of the cleaning service provided.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on our website at the time of booking will always apply.
